Classic Pilates/ Express Pilates
50 minutes /45 minutes for Express classes, focusing on alignment of the body, breathwork and moving in a way which focuses on core control & centre.
Power Pilates
45minutes, higher intensity exercises encompassing classical pilates movements, focusing on raising the heartrate and getting those endorphins flowing!
Weighted Pilates / Small Equipment Classes
Classic pilates movements using either, small weights, the pilates circle, bands or balls or a combination of these! The equipment allows an increase in intensity and adds variation to classic exercises.
Mum & Baby Pilates
Gentle Pilates, aimed at slowly building strength and mobility following pregnancy and birth. Suitable for new mums post 6 week check with GP, following a non-complicated birth / c- section ( contact us for more details). Non-walkers / baby’s most welcome, feed, change, as you need and meet other mums. A relaxed class, designed to help you carve some time for you again!

Pregnancy Pilates
Gentle Pilates for pregnancy, supporting the body throughout each trimester. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Please seek GP / Midwife advice before commencing.

30 minutes to reset the body, full body stretches to lengthen tight muscles and ease aches & pains, ending with relaxation & guided meditation.
